Intense, vinous aroma, with strong notes of morello cherry, berries and violet.
In the mouth it reveals good structure, a nice balance between fine-grained tannins and residual sugar, and a persistent finish.
Pairings: perfect with raw cured meats (salami, pancetta, coppa) and cooked cured meats (cotechino, zampone, head salami), it also goes very well with pasta with ragù and pork-based second courses.
