This Vin santo del Chianti Colli Fioren-tini was made respecting tradition. The vines are all Tuscan. and the vineyard is kept in a traditional way. The grapes are harvested by hand using traditional buckets.
The grapes are hung in a barn and after three or four months they are pressed and the must obtained remains in barrels in the attic for over three years.
Made with Trebbiano and Malvasia grapes from old vineyards

No herbicides or pesticides are used. Fertilizers are of natural origin
No animal products were used for winemaking, very few sulphites added.
Lightly filtered.
