CHAMPAGNE JEAN VESSELLE OEIL DE PERDRIX BRUT MAGNUM
The nose is very powerful and rich. Classic hints of red fruit such as raspberry and morello cherry mix with more surprising notes of plum, blood orange and sultanas. The mouth maintains a nice finesse thanks to the low dosage but the whole is voluptuous and vinous. The aromas of fruit jam are well present with also a note of quince and dried flowers. Long and persistent finish. This rich, aromatic wine works well on its own as an aperitif, but will be wonderful with a nice piece of grilled beef. Delphine Vesselle was able to slowly and patiently build a real Maison, while remaining faithful to the Vignerone vision and the teachings of her father who died prematurely many years ago. The responsibilities of a young producer have become certainties today. Together with her husband, with tenacity, work, grace and savoir-faire, she managed to create a strong brand and a truly convincing range identity
