In bocca è morbido, caldo e vellutato. Ottima la persistenza retrolfattiva. Prodotto solamente in 5 occasioni negli ultimi 50 anni, in quantità limitatissime, il brandy è legato a doppio filo con la realtà vitivinicola di Marchesi Antinori, essendo un puro distillato di vino. Un affinamento di oltre 6 anni in piccole botti di rovere ha donato al brandy Antinori una personalità intensa, spiccata, bilanciata da un’ottima morbidezza e una straordinaria persistenza.

BRANDY CARDENAL MENDOZA SOLERA GRAN RESERVA
Its appearance is bright and transparent dark mahogany with coppery reflections. On the nose it is clean, elegant and round with hints of Sherry that has matured in the barrels. On the palate it is well balanced, warm and soft while it has a very long finish where all the subtle nuances come together leaving a lasting impression of personality with hints of raisins and dried plums. Cardenal Mendoza Clásico is a Solera Gran Reserva Brandy created from a selection of the best holandas (the finest spirit, slowly distilled in alquitaras or pot stills) that are aged according to the traditional system known as soleras and criaderas. Cardenal Mendoza Clásico is an exceptional Brandy de Jerez, aged for an average of 15 years in Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez Sherry Wine barrels.
