Sidro-Cidre Brut Cidrerie De Savoie M.F. 2024 - Maley

Il sidro Cidrerie de la Savoie Brut, si caratterizza per un colore giallo dorato, all’olfatto suadenti note di mele e pere di montagna si sprigionano dal bicchiere, in bocca mantiene una verticalità granitica figlia dell’acidità delle mele da sidro impiegate. Il sidro Brut nasce da un sapiente assemblaggio di mele e pere della savoia, i mosti ottenuti dalla pressatura delle mele e delle pere, dopo aver riposato vengono portati alla temperatura idonea di fermentazione senza l'aggiunta di zuccheri; al raggiungimento della gradazione alcolica attesa, si provvede a pastorizzare il sidro con un moderno e delicato sistema di pastorizzazione. I frutteti impiegati per la produzione delle mele hanno un età media superiore ad un secolo e vengono nel comune di Saint Marcel nel piccolo villaggio di Seissogne.
