Con la degustazione alla cieca non si può davvero ignorare la Cote de Beaune. Splendidamente secco, pietra focaia, affumicato e limone fresco all'inizio. Verso il finale un po' di caramella e una bella mandorla e noci tostate.

Con l'acquisto di questo appezzamento nel 1971, padre Alain iniziò la sua avventura in Borgogna.  Unica perché da allora è coltivata biologicamente.  Il vino matura sui lieviti in vasche di cemento.  Il risultato è un vino cremoso, ma non invadente, con una buona mineralità e una buona persistenza.  I vini bianchi Verdet invecchiano sorprendentemente bene!

Chablis 1er Cru Fourchaume 2024 - Domaine Séguinot Daniel

Uno Chablis sensuale e complesso Nel bicchiere, lo Chablis 1er Cru Fourchaume del Domaine Daniel Séguinot rivela un colore giallo dorato luminoso.  Questo vino francese monovitigno presenta nel bicchiere note deliziosamente distinte e complesse di mela, limone, pesca e pera. Al palato, la consistenza di questo vino bianco equilibrato è meravigliosamente setosa e cremosa. Il finale di questo vino è in definitiva incantevole e di bella persistenza. Il finale è ulteriormente accompagnato da note minerali provenienti dai terreni prevalentemente calcarei.   La base dell'equilibrato Chablis 1Er Cru Fourchaume de France è costituita da uve del vitigno Chardonnay. In Borgogna, le viti che producono l'uva per questo vino crescono su terreni calcarei. Dopo la vendemmia, l'uva arriva rapidamente in cantina.  Lì vengono selezionati e delicatamente spezzati. Successivamente la fermentazione avviene in vasche di acciaio inox a temperatura controllata.  Una volta completata la fermentazione, lo Chablis 1er Cru Fourchaume può continuare ad affinarsi per 24 mesi sulle fecce fini. Consumate questo vino bianco francese ben freddo, a una temperatura di 8-10°C, con un'insalata di verdure con barbabietole, un curry di pesce con cocco e lime o un'insalata di indivia fruttata, capesante, crostacei, pesci delicati o affumicati e pollame in salsa cremosa. 13°

Despite its colorful label, the 2020 M. Gringet is a more serious expression of 100% Gringet than its counterpart, Eponyme. The fruit for this wine comes from three of the domaine's best plots, including the venerated Le Feu.
