S.Biagio, piccola frazione del comune di Baone.Dal 2016 prende in mano l'azienda il figlio Enrico dopo essersi laureato in Enologia a Udine ed essersi specializzato in viticoltura Biologica, intraprende la libera professione come consulente nella gestione dei vigneti Bio, specialmente in Friuli. BANDOL ROSÉ AOC 2022 - DOMAINE TEMPIER
This Bandol rosé is produced by the hands of one of the most legendary producers of Provence. Floral and fruity flavors of strawberry, peach and pomegranate, which are harmoniously woven together by the acidity of the citrus. Excellent in combination with any kitchen. To be served at a temperature of 11°C Domaine Tempier extends over approximately thirty hectares in the heart of the Bandol appellation, in Le Plan du Castellet. Approximately two thirds of the grapes are vinified in red, a small three percent in white while the remainder is dedicated to rosé; the company produces on average 120 thousand bottles per year. All the wines of the domaine ferment in steel and are then refined in traditional oak barrels of 10 to 50 hectolitres. The Domaine produces an award-winning line of reds, a Bandol Blanc made with a very limited quantity (1 hectare) and a Rosé among the best in the world. Respect for the environment, no use of synthetic pesticides, manual harvesting and no yeasts added during winemaking, the estate boasts organic certification.

Il Rosato Bolgheri “Mareviglia” di Campo alle Comete è un vino gastronomico. Un rosé di buona struttura, che si abbina molto bene a primi piatti al pomodoro, guazzetti di mare, salmone affumicato o pollame e carni bianche. Alla vista si presenta con un bellissimo colore rosa antico dai riflessi luminosi e brillanti. Raffinato e fragrante, seduce con profumi floreali, di erbe aromatiche della macchia mediterranea, aromi di lampone, melagrana, ribes rosso, marasca e fragoline di bosco. Armonioso e intenso, ha un sorso piacevolmente fruttato e vinoso, di bella intensità aromatica e di buona lunghezza e persistenza. Il finale è sapido e di vivace freschezza.

LA BABINA ROSATO ORGANIC DOC MENFI 2022 - CANTINE BARBERA
Like the more classic vin gris, La Bambina has a delicately coppery colour, which introduces a pleasant bouquet, fragrant with wild rose and wild strawberries, pomegranate, watermelon and lemon peel. The little girl is perfect as an aperitif with hazelnuts, toasted almonds and Bronte pistachios; it goes perfectly with rice salads, grilled vegetables, delicate cheeses and fish. My favorite pairing is with sushi, where the savory and spicy component of the wasabi is balanced by the softness of the wine. It is the wine that I dedicated to women, to their strength, to their ability to fight for what they believe in without being frightened by difficulties I produce my wines practicing organic farming and natural winemaking, with the utmost respect for the Menfi terroir. In the vineyard I do not use herbicides, chemical fertilizers or systemic products. In the cellar I chose to work only with spontaneous fermentations and with simple and non-invasive winemaking practices

SUSUMANIELLO ROSATO PGI SALENTO 2021 TRIPLE "A" - THE ARCHETYPE
Pink color with magenta reflections, on the nose hints of grapes and flowers supported by a balanced acidity which makes it refreshing and juicy to drink. Pairings: wine with great versatility that also pairs well with winter dishes. Serving temperature: 10°C in the summer months and 13°C in the winter months. Vinification: mechanical crushing-destemming and maceration with the skins for 10 hours. Racking and soft pressing. The alcoholic fermentation starts by means of a pied de cuve of the same grapes harvested a few days before. End of alcoholic fermentation and removal of coarse lees which would otherwise affect the elegance of the wine. Aging for 7 months in steel on fine lees and continuous batonage with time factor 7. With the arrival of the first warm temperatures, malolactic fermentation takes place and only after its conclusion is bottling followed. Natural decanting without fining agents. Unfiltered.Triple A

VINUDILICE 2022 - THE VIGNERI
With Vinudilice, it must be said, you reach the highest peaks of the "extreme", it is in fact the highest vineyard in Europe. It is located 1300 meters above sea level, where one almost never thinks of making wine. As if the height wasn't enough, the vineyard is exposed to the north, trained as a sapling, everything is managed by hand, and with the sole aid of a mule. Extreme management even for an organic or biodynamic person. The vines planted are native, Alicante, Grecanico, Minnella plus other less well-known varieties. The winemaking takes place without the aid of controlled temperatures, but with the aid of native yeasts, in a completely spontaneous way following the will of the grape rather than that of the winemaker. The rosé wine obtained from Vinudilice is a rosé that is completely out of the norm, unique in every possible sense. To be tasted very carefully, to be savored while allowing yourself to be lulled by its peculiar and unique characteristics, for a satisfying experience. "The Vinudilice vineyard is worked with the sole aid of a mule. I Vigneri is the synthesis of more than thirty years of experience carried out on Etna and in Eastern Sicily, through historical, social and technical research aimed at "excellent" viticulture.
