Straw yellow in color with greenish nuances, very pleasant light bubbles, on the nose citrus, floral notes, tropical fruit and a balsamic note, on the palate it is fresh with excellent minerality with a pleasantly savory finish. A convivial wine, excellent as an aperitif or for a dinner with friends. Excellent with fresh cheeses, or pasta dishes with cream and ham. for a quick lunch with vegetable dishes. A wine that makes you happy. Produced from Pinello grapes, harvested by hand, brief cryomaceration and soft pressing. Fermentation for about two weeks at low temperature, rest on the lees until spring with periodic batonnage, refermentation in autoclave.
