BAROLO CANNUBI DOCG 2019 - RÉVA

Very bright ruby with brilliant core. Inviting nose of raspberry cordial, as well as subtle floral nuances, some orange, cold stone. Dense tannins on the palate, great juiciness, it seems light and complex at the same time, fine herbaceous notes on the finish, energetic. Wine is already incredibly fun, but it can also rest in the cellar for the next 15 years. One of the most famous Barolo vineyards is the "Cannubi" cru, which is part of the historical core of the Barolo DOCG. Réva has 0.3 hectares of vineyards here, the subsoil is marl, limestone mixed with sand. From the small plot, 2300 bottles can be produced annually. Réva owns vineyards in some of the most important crus of the Langhe: Ravera in Novello, Lazzarito in Serralunga and Cannubi in Barolo. By focusing on the sustainability and biodynamic nature of viticulture, the production stands out significantly from others.

Barolo Cannubi Docg 2021 - Réva

Rubino molto luminoso con nucleo brillante. Naso invitante di cordiale al lampone, oltre a sottili sfumature floreali, un po' di arancia, pietra fredda. Tannini fitti al palato, grande succosità, sembra leggero e complesso allo stesso tempo, fini note erbacee sul finale, energico. Il vino è già incredibilmente divertente, ma può anche riposare in cantina per i prossimi 15 anni. Uno dei vigneti più famosi del Barolo è il cru "Cannubi", che fa parte del nucleo storico della DOCG Barolo. Réva ha qui 0,3 ettari di vigneto, il sottosuolo è marna, calcare misto a sabbia. Dal piccolo appezzamento si possono produrre annualmente ben 2300 bottiglie.  Réva possiede vigneti in alcuni dei più importanti cru di Langa: Ravera a Novello, Lazzarito a Serralunga e Cannubi a Barolo. Concentrandosi sulla sostenibilità e biodinamicità della viticoltura la produzione si distingue notevolmente da altre.

Barolo Del Comune Di Serralunga D'alba Docg 2019 - Réva

Il Barolo DOCG 2019 è una vera bomba di frutta e incredibilmente accattivante.  Fermentazione in acciaio inox, affinamento in botti di legno per 24 mesi. Al naso aromi di frutti rossi maturi, raffinati aromi balsamici, petali di rosa, spezie delicate, fini spezie erbacee, menta, super chic. Al palato, un inizio vellutato, tannini croccanti, acidità presente ma armoniosa, non c'è niente di duro o spigoloso, incredibilmente succoso e animato.  Certo, il vino è ancora giovane e può maturare ancora un po', due o tre anni, e fino al 2040 circa. Con il Barolo 2019, Réva offre la continuazione dell'eccellente introduzione al tema del Barolo. Come per gli altri Barolo, la macerazione di cinque settimane è avvenuta in vasche di acciaio inox, la fermentazione malolattica è stata per l'80% in botti di legno e per il 20% in barrique, così come l'espansione in 24 mesi. Le botti di legno provengono  dall'Austria dalla fabbrica di botti Stockinger, uno dei produttori di botti di legno più rispettati al mondo. Réva è stata fondata nel 2013 dall`imprenditore Miroslav Lekes, wine merchant e collezionista di vini prestigiosi.  In slavo Réva significa uva.

BAROLO DOCG 2019 - RÉVA

The 2019 Barolo DOCG is a real fruit bomb and incredibly captivating. Fermentation in stainless steel, aging in wooden barrels for 24 months. On the nose aromas of ripe red fruits, refined balsamic aromas, rose petals, delicate spices, fine herbaceous spices, mint, super chic. On the palate, a velvety start, crunchy tannins, present but harmonious acidity, there is nothing hard or angular, incredibly juicy and animated. Of course, the wine is still young and can mature a little longer, two or three years, and until around 2040. With the 2019 Barolo, Réva offers the continuation of the excellent introduction to the topic of Barolo. As with the other Barolos, the five-week maceration took place in stainless steel tanks, the malolactic fermentation was 80% in wooden barrels and 20% in barrique, as was the expansion in 24 months. The wooden barrels come from Austria from the Stockinger barrel factory, one of the most respected wooden barrel manufacturers in the world. Brilliant garnet ruby with brilliant core. The nose is delicately balsamic and earthy, with elegant hints of mint, blood orange and dried herbs, some wet stone. On the refined palate, it has a clear fruity texture, with rich tannins, as well as a well-integrated acidity, it seems very well balanced, of great persistence. Yes, the wine is still too young, but incredibly sexy and impressive. Barolo Lazzarito Riserva is a unique wine that is produced only in the best vintages and after long tastings. Extra long aging period of five years instead of the prescribed three years. We cultivate one hectare of property within the MGA Lazzarito, a splendid vineyard that extends in exactly half of the long strip of land designed by the municipality of Serralunga d'Alba. To fully respect the characteristics of Lazzarito, we have chosen its grapes to vinify our Barolo Riserva, which comes out after 5 years of refinement. The ruby red color is quite bright but deceptive. On the nose it is intense and fragrant with aromas of black cherry, fresh plum, raspberry, fig paste, tobacco and floral aromas of rose. Fresh start on the palate, lively acidity, soft, ripe tannins and juicy fruit. Aromas like on the nose, complemented by some cassis, coffee and subtle woody spices. The vines are located on the loamy loam soil typical of the region, the vines are exposed to the south. The hand-picked grapes were completely pressed and fermented spontaneously on the must in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then matured in Stockinger Austrian oak barrels for twelve months. Syrah Doc Cortona 2022 - Amerighi Stefano

Syrah 100%, di cui una parte parzialmente diraspata, una parte lasciata intera e una parte ancora leggermente pigiata.  La fermentazione avviene spontaneamente in piccoli tini di cemento e senza l'utilizzo di pompe, solforata o controllo della temperatura.  Il vino viene poi lasciato chiarificare naturalmente e viene spostato in vari recipienti per l'invecchiamento (per lo più sfere di cemento e ceramica Clayver, ma una piccola parte finisce in grandi botti di rovere). Vino con potenziale di invecchiamento, tipico del vitigno, fresco, elegante, complesso, multistrato, profondo ed equilibrato; Combina i frutti di bosco con le spezie e ha il tipico tocco di pepe e ferro.  Grande arte ma sfortunatamente disponibile solo in quantità molto limitate.
