Sapore dolce, morbido, delicato, frizzante, suadente, con lunga persistenza aromatica.Accompagna fragole, frutti di bosco, come può armonizzarsi anche con la frutta secca; noci, nocciole, mandorle, pistacchi, fichi.L’abbinamento più tradizionale, con il dessert a fine pasto o a metà pomeriggio, è con la pasticceria secca e con i dolci da forno, dal panettone natalizio alle crostate.Braida Brachetto d’Acqui è forse l’unico vino in tutto il mondo che, soprattutto, si sposa bene con il cioccolato.

It has an almost impenetrable ruby red color with violet reflections. The nose is fruity, fragrant, with hints of strawberry, currant, sour cherry and a note of aromatic herbs. In the mouth it is moderately sweet, harmonious, full and easy to drink. Pairings: fruit tarts, especially red ones, are the ideal pairing. Also excellent with dry pastries and fruit-based desserts. There are those who dare it with spicy gorgonzola for contrast. Our company's vineyards are grown on non-irrigated hills, far from asphalt roads and surrounded by woods.
